Daily watercolor classes, a personal chef, premiere accommodations, tours, and vino. A watercolorist's dream!
For years, students have asked for an overseas trip with en plein air lessons in someplace artists dream of. How about a beautifully restored medieval monastery as our base in the Tuscan hills? Late May is poppy time, so we'll have subjects for vivid colors and history for inspiration.
This is a full seven-day program from Florence--add a vacation week before or after to explore Rome, the Mediterranean or the Alps, and you've got an experience you'll never forget.
Price for accommodations, two meals daily with wine at dinner, lessons, and tours for the week is $2,295. Single supplement is $550 (limited availability). Please note, airfare is not included in this price.

The poppy fields should be in bloom in late May in Tuscany. Come and paint in plein aire with me among those red flowers... in the mountainous sun-baked towns.... and reside in a restored monastery. Breakfast and dinner are included: a chef will prepare your Italian meals, accompanied with wine,every evening. You can swim in the pool, shop the little villages, and walk the Italian terrain. We'll tour a Chianti winery. Live like royalty for one week. Paint and shop and enjoy all things Tuscan.

FRESH PAINT! This two day workshop will meet at the new Round Hill Arts Center behind the Hill High Orchards. Bring a sketch book and your watercolor supplies and a camera. We'll start with some well designed sketches, take them into the studio, and come out with some grand landscapes of the historic surroundings. Paint it fast, paint it fresh.
